Participation in the BVIH Hotel Casa Cayena Ownership Group is by invitation only. You will need to enter the "Invitation Code" that has been provided.

Once inside the " Purchase and Sale Agreement" section you will be able to download the "BVIH Purchase and Sale Agreement” forms.

Please fill out the forms where indicated on the first two pages and submit them as discussed.

You will receive an Ownership Group Package within 1 to 2 weeks of the documents and payment being processed. Your Package will include the following:

• The 'Trust Document' which compels BVIH to hold your unit(s) in legally binding trust for you. This document must be signed by you and returned. You will receive your duly executed and endorsed copy shortly after your signed copy is received.
• Your BVIH Club Member Card with your account number.
• 'An Investment in Lifestyle' report by Mr. Charles Elbourne, Chairman of BVIH Group of Companies. This report in 'Chuck's' own words explains your involvement, the philosophy of BVIH and outlines its future plans.
• The 'Dominican Republic Report', a comprehensive report on the DR by John Schroder that covers everything from its History to its Tax structure and its Business Opportunities.
