Charles J. Elbourne is Founder and Chairman of the Board of Business Vacations Inc., a marketing distribution company headquartered in Toronto, Canada. Mr. Elbourne co-founded and was appointed Chairman of the Board of Business Vacations International Holdings Ltd.(BVIH), based on Providenciales in the Turks & Caicos Islands (TCI). Mr. Elbourne graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa in 1968. He started his career in the investment industry the following year at Nesbitt Thompson Securities Ltd. in Ottawa, while at the same time continuing with postgraduate studies at the University of Ottawa. Mr. Elbourne completed his Diploma in Management Sciences at the University, including a Masters in Business, with a concentration in Finance. During that time he also completed his course in Securities Analysis from the New York Institute of Finance. Subsequent to many years as a Director and Resident Sales Manager of a national brokerage firm, Mr. Elbourne started his own financial planning firm, Tax Advantages Inc. During that time he also founded C. J. Elbourne Securities Inc. and Greentree Insurance Agency Ltd. Mr. Elbourne subsequently joined Coldwell Banker Pinnacle, a real estate company and was directly involved in commercial/industrial real estate development. Mr. Elbourne is Founder and Chairman of the Board of Markinch Capital Corp., a merchant banking company and Chairman of Markinch Realty Corporation, a real estate development company involved in the hospitality industry. Mr. Elbourne founded and served as a Director and Officer of two publicly traded companies involved in generic pharmaceuticals and the mining industry. Mr. Elbourne serves as Chairman of BVI Foundation, a private charitable institution involved in the educational advancement of children in those communities in which the BVI Group of Companies is involved.

Joanne Williams

Mrs. Williams has had a long and successful career in the administration field. Since the early 1990's Mrs. Williams earned over 15 certificates in various business computer applications, which she implements in the day to day running of the administration department of the Markinch Group of Companies. From 1994 until 2001 Mrs. Williams was the Personal Executive Assistant to the President of Battery Plus Inc. She assisted in establishing over 90 stores province wide, dealing with the financial aspects, to the everyday daily running of the Corporate Head Office. In 2004 Mrs. Williams was recruited by Markinch Capital Corporation, where she has proven her knowledge of running a successful administration department, earning the promotion to Manager - Administration. As Vice-President - Administration for BVI, Mrs. Williams's main focus is the administration of the internet system serving the requirements of BVIH Group Ownership members.
